SIDUS AI Online Hackathon: Participation Rules

Goals

  • Expand the SIDUS AI ecosystem by adding plugin integrations and new agents.
  • Give participants freedom of choice: build service integrations (plugins) or develop full agents based on suggested themes.
  • Encourage contributions to open source and create practical value for the community.

Format

  • Timeline
    • Registration: Oct 23 – Dec 7, 2025
    • Hackathon submission period: Nov 10 – Dec 7, 2025
    • Review and prize distribution: Evaluation of the work will begin 24 hours after the submission phase ends. Following that, the team will determine the time required to review all pull requests and prepare detailed feedback.

    • No team size limit.

    • Code published on GitHub
    • README included
    • Demo video for products (optional for integrations, required for agents) — up to 3 minutes

    • Telegram channel/group for participants

Development Tracks

  • Integrations (Plugins)

    Objective: build plugins that connect SIDUS AI to popular services with a clear API and documentation.

    Example service categories (not exhaustive):

    • Social networks messengers: Telegram, WhatsApp Business API, Slack, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
    • Cloud services: Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, etc.
    • DevOps / Collaboration: GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Trello, Figma, Canva.
    • Web3 / Finance: Ethereum, TON, Solana, crypto exchange integrations, Plaid, Wise, PayPal, Stripe.
    • Marketing / CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

    Note: The list shows popular directions but participants are welcome to propose other integrations.

  • Agent Development

    Objective: create concrete agents that demonstrate the framework’s capabilities and solve real tasks.

    Example agent themes provided by the SIDUS AI team:

    • On-chain Analytics Agent
      • Track transactions and analyze wallet activity
      • Monitor DeFi, NFTs, and tokens in real time
    • Finance Assistant Agent
      • Personal expense/income tracking
      • Report generation and forecasting

      • Receive signals from exchange APIs
      • Automate simple trading strategies
      • Integrate with Telegram for alerts
    • Education / Tutor Agent
      • Check assignments and explain mistakes
      • Provide adaptive learning hints
      • AI tutor in Telegram or web
    • E-commerce Recommendation Agent
      • Personal product recommendations
      • Customer behavior analysis
      • Integration with Shopify / WooCommerce
    • Security Privacy Agent
      • IDS/IPS — detect suspicious activity
      • Data anonymization and personal data protection

    Objective reminder: demonstrate how agents solve real-world problems.

Prize Pool

  • Main prize pool: $9,500 + Ton Station nomination: $2,500 (total possible $12,000)
  • Category 1 — Integrations (Plugins)

    Total pool: $7,000

    Funds distributed proportionally based on jury scores (quality of code, documentation, usefulness).

    Example: if 50 plugins are submitted, each receives a share according to assigned points.

  • Category 2 - Agents (Agent Development)

    Total pool: $2,500

    Prizes:

    • 1st place — $1,200
    • 2nd place — $800
    • 3rd place — $500
  • Category 3 - Ton Station (Partner special tasks)

    Total pool: $2,500

    Prizes:

    • 1st place — $1,200
    • 2nd place — $800
    • 3rd place — $500

Evaluation Criteria

  • Technical implementation (code quality, stability, tests)
  • Benefit to the SIDUS AI ecosystem
  • Creativity and user experience (UX)

  • Participants choose between building integrations or developing agents.
  • All plugin integrations share a $7K pool based on quality.
  • The top 3 agent teams split $2,500 as prize placements.
  • The top 3 teams that developed agents for special tasks from our partner, Ton Station, will share a $2,500 prize pool according to their placement.
